WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days after payment is received.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

User will receive an automated order confirmation email upon submitting an order. In the event that you do not receive the order confirmation email, please email us at info@redhorse.com.sg to confirm your order.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Delivery is free for orders above $70. For orders below $70, delivery fee will be calculated based on your items before you check out.
