Black Wolfberry Tea

1. Use 8 - 10 pieces of black wolfberries for every 150ml of water.
2. Steep in warm water (50 to 70°c) for about 3 - 5 minutes to attain a vibrant blue colour in the tea.
3. Strain and remove the black wolfberries after your desired colour has been reached.
4. Steeping for too long will result in the tea turning to dark brownish colour.

Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate to maintain freshness.
