For Coloring

Steep a dozen butterfly pea flowers in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Discard flowers and use the strained blue liquid as blue food colouring.

For Tea

Steep a couple of butterfly pea flowers in boiling water for 5 - 10 minutes, until water turns blue.

Strain the liquid and discard the flowers. Depending on personal preference, add honey or mix with syrup.
